Motorhome Holidays - Europe, USA, Australia & New Zealand

Motorhome-Holidays.com, authorised agents for all listed companies, have been established since 1998. We have located the best motorhome rentals at the best rates for you, across Europe, US and Australasia. Simply complete the booking process, with credit card details for your deposit (see below), and we will email confirmation back including all details, terms and addresses required (subject to availability at time of booking). Your online booking is secured through our high encryption booking system.

This is a FREE booking service for you, our client. The rates displayed are the lowest rates available and are correct as listed. Please conduct your reservation, amendments and cancellation through Motorhome-Holidays.com directly, as this can cause confusion and conflict - and may result in higher charges. Please use the GUEST BOOK located on each motorhome page, to give us feedback.

Availability
All enquiries and bookings are subject to availability at time of booking complete with valid credit card. Motorhome-Holidays.com cannot hold or book any vehicles without a credit card deposit. In the event that the motorhome of your choice is unavailable at the time of submitting your reservation request (complete with credit card details, please) Motorhome-Holidays.com will endeavour to find you an alternative motorhome of similar size, price and quality available for your request. You will always be consulted before booking any alternative to your original request.

Deposit/Payment
Terms are detailed on each motorhome page for these countries. All bookings are subject to availability

Reservation Alterations
Due to administration costs of changing bookings, each accepted additional alteration to the original reservation may attract a NZ$25 admin fee at the discretion of Motorhome Holidays.

We accept Mastercard and Visa debit/credit cards, or Switch (UK only) cards. American Express is not accepted at this time. All credit card payments are subject to a standard 2% processing fee, debited at the same time as the hire charge. Balance payments may also be made by bank transfers and cheques, received 45 days prior to arrival and only by prior arrangement.

Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non refundable. In the event of a cancellation prior to paying the final balance, your deposit will be taken as penalty. Once final balance is paid 35 days prior to arrival, all bookings are non refundable and non cancellable. If you need to cancel, please notify Motorhome-Holidays.com directly in writing, by email or fax (details below). Failure to do this may result in high penalty charges.

Terms of Booking
Completed bookings including valid credit card details are deemed as full acceptance of all terms and conditions and details contained herein this website and of the individual motorhome companies. All bookings are subject to the individual motorhome company's own terms and conditions of booking. These will always override Motorhome-Holidays.com terms. You may view each companys abbreviated terms prior to booking, on each motorhome's pages contained within this website. These will also make up part of your confirmation email. Full and complete Terms and Conditions for each company may be provided on request, and must be signed for by you upon arrival at depot before receiving the vehicle.

Each motorhome company reserves the right to change, alter and amend details of vehicles and terms. Motorhome-Holidays.com acts as booking agent and therefore accepts no responsibility for any rate, availability or information changes, initiated by the individual motorhome company and beyond our control. Likewise, Motorhome-Holidays.com accepts no responsibility for any personal inury or other damage as a result of any hire for any reason, under any circumstances. Each company has its own insurance terms which cover these circumstances and make up your overall Terms and Conditions. Motorhome-Holidays.com will always endeavour to ensure all rates displayed are correct, however these may from time to time include obvious errors which will not be accepted as reduced rates. Motorhome-Holidays will always endeavour to offer the best available rates and products available.
